Resumen:
El propósito general de esta propuesta es desarrollar y fortalecer un entorno de protección para la madre y el niño. El proceso incluye tres fases principales: la primera corresponde a la detección, donde el objetivo principal es evaluar la vulnerabilidad de las niñas y adolescentes madres a la explotación en el comercio sexual, mediante la evaluación de su salud y el contacto entre la niña/adolescente y su familia. La segunda fase corresponde a la intervención de primer nivel, donde los esfuerzos se dirigen a proteger la vida, la seguridad y la salud de la niña/adolescente y de sus hijos. Por último, la intervención de segundo nivel está destinada a desarrollar directrices para la protección integral de todos los derechos de las niñas y sus hijos.
Abstract:
The overall purpose of this proposal is to develop and strengthen a protective environment for mother and child. The process includes three main phases: the first corresponds to detection, where the principal objective is to assess the vulnerability of child and adolescent mothers to exploitation in the sex trade, by evaluating their health and the contact between the child/adolescent and her family. The second phase corresponds to the first-level intervention, where efforts are aimed at protecting the life, safety and health of the child/adolescent and her children. Lastly, the second-level intervention is designed to develop guidelines for the comprehensive protection of all the rights of the girls and their children.
