Estudio que da a conocer los antecedentes y conceptos generales de la explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes y, realiza un análisis comparativo de la legislación penal sustantiva nicaragüense con la de Costa Rica, en lo que respecta a ese tema.
Abstract:
This study provides the background and general concepts of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and makes a comparative analysis of the Nicaraguan substantive criminal legislation with that of Costa Rica, with respect to this issue.
