Para la realización del presente trabajo, se hará una investigación documental con elementos de trabajo de campo, ya que las fuentes primarias de información están constituidas por documentos, pero a la vez tiene elementos de campo ya que es necesario recoger información que no ha sido previamente acuñada en ningún documento, en este caso se utilizará la entrevista como técnica de investigación de campo para recopilar dicha información.
The main objective of this research is to make an analysis of the crime of trafficking in persons that is regulated in the Migration and Alien Law and the reforms that need to be made to this criminal type to expand and specify it; together with a study of the type versus the crime of trafficking in persons, which is different and should not be confused, establish the basic guidelines when investigating the crime by the corresponding authority and finally an analysis of the jurisprudence and a review of the Spanish legislation on the subject. For the realization of the present work, a documentary research will be carried out with elements of field work, since the primary sources of information are constituted by documents, but at the same time it has field elements since it is necessary to collect information that has not been previously coined in any document, in this case the interview will be used as a field research technique to collect such information.
